Financing the purchase of a home can be a long and laborious process but it doesn't have to be this way.

In the hands of an expert Mortgage Broker a complicated process can be streamlined and made tolerable. You certainly want to have everything clearly explained and especially the options from which you can choose to obtain a home loan. You have the right to use the services of your preferred lender, a Bank, or a Mortgage Broker.

I recommend that buyers make sure they are Pre-approved for a loan amount before looking at homes. In this rapidly changing market properties tend to move quickly and multiple offers or bids above asking prices are common. If I can show your strength as a buyer with approval for a specified loan amount, then I can be in a much better position to win the bid, negotiate terms, and get you the home you desire. Often sellers will eliminate offers that do not present with a Pre-approved loan. Pre-qualified is no substitute and will reduce your chances of success tremendously. Moral of story: Get Pre-approved Now! A Mortgage Broker or Bank can assist you with this.
